Low-voltage 4G LTE control for remote sites
The DIN-4G-DC is a rugged DIN-rail SMS controller for installations supplied by 12-24V AC or DC. It combines 4G LTE communication, relay switching and battery backup so equipment can be monitored and controlled when a reliable wired connection is not available.
Remote monitoring and switching
Use SMS commands or a phone call to switch connected equipment and receive alarm notifications. The controller is suited to lighting, pumps, gates, machinery and other electrical circuits that need dependable remote access. Four inputs can be activated by connecting or disconnecting to GND, while the two relay outputs provide flexible control for loads up to 5A at 250V AC.
Power and communications
The unit accepts 12-24V AC/DC power and includes a built-in battery backup. Typical consumption is approximately 100mA with relays on and the battery charging, while 4G module transmissions can reach a maximum of 500mA. LTE communication supports dependable SMS and call-based control for remote installations.
Installation and programming
The enclosure is designed for DIN-rail installation. Configure the controller through the supplied USB software or by SMS, then connect the monitored inputs and controlled circuits to suit the application. The included manual and configuration software provide setup, wiring and operating guidance.
